Maintains Language Schools Outlook mailbox.
Supports all schools (Middlebury and Middlebury at Mills) with administrative support including: correspondence with faculty, staff, and students as well as other department on campus; general inquiries; documentation updates; ordering office supplies and keeping steady inventory of supplies and forms; admissions and recruitment data entry; create student folders; Content Management System Web page updates; oversee mailings.
Distributes mail. Opens, handles mail for general LS mailbox.
Data entry for inquiry database.
Maintains department directories. Maintains department waiting area and greets visitors.
Works with Assistant Dean of LS on special events.
Maintains UFOs (unidentified folder objects) such as transcripts and recommendations that arrive with no supporting application.
