Milliken is the home to the Ross sophomores in singles, doubles, and suites. It is connected to the Ross Dining Hall by an indoor hallway. Residents of Milliken enjoy beautiful views, as the building looks over the Ross Quad as well as the Champlain Valley.
History
Built in 1969, Milliken Hall was a part of a complex known as the "New Dorms" for more than 30 years. In 1995, it was part of a renovation that physically connected it to all the other large residences that now comprise Ross Commons. Milliken Hall is named after Gertrude Cornish Milliken, the first woman to serve as a Middlebury Trustee.
