We strongly encourage you to visit Middlebury's campus. A campus visit is the best way to get to know the College, its offerings, and its environment.
Personal interviews are available by appointment from June through mid-November. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions and to discuss issues of personal significance. Interviews are not required.
Group information sessions are presented by an admissions officer from January through mid-November on weekdays at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., and on Saturday mornings from August through the second Saturday of November at 9 a.m. Sessions are generally not available on holidays, although there are some exceptions. Appointments are not required, but please call the Admissions Office to confirm availability at (802-443-3000). The Admissions Office will be closed on May 22-23, 2008.
Student-led campus tours are usually available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday through Friday to accommodate the above group information sessions, except during examination periods and vacations within the academic year. During the months of August, September, October, and during the first two weeks of November, tours are also available on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. following the information session. Wear comfortable shoes!
Overnight visits are arranged by the Admissions Office for admitted students during the April Campus Preview days. Candidates are welcomed to make their own arrangements with friends if they wish to visit the campus prior to making an application.

If You Can't Visit Campus.
Although visits are strongly encouraged for all applicants, students can add an important perspective to their investigation of Middlebury through the Alumni Admissions Program. About 2,200 alumni throughout the country are available to talk with prospective students about the College and its programs. Most applicants will be contacted automatically by alumni for an interview sometime in January or February.
