Student organization hosts Q&A with Obama campaign official February 28

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. — Betsy Myers, the chief operating officer for the presidential campaign of U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., and chair of Women for Obama, will take part in a question and answer session on Thursday, February 28, at 4:30 p.m. The event will take place in Room 220 of McCardell Bicentennial Hall on the Middlebury College campus, and is free and open to the public.
Obama and his opponent for the Democratic presidential nomination, U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., are both on the ballot for next week's Vermont presidential primary.
Myers has been COO for the Obama campaign since its inception just over a year ago. She previously served as director of the Office for Women's Initiatives and Outreach in the Clinton White House, and more recently was the director for the Center for Public Leadership at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
