The alternative Burlington, Vt.-based weekly newspaper Seven Days ran a story, "Midd-Life Crisis? An aging alum books it back to school," by Paula Routly, a member of the class of 1982. In the story, Paula recounts her  experience taking a course at Middlebury College in the fall of 2003. In the Nov. 26-Dec. 3 issue of Seven Days, there was an article by senior Abe Streep, who is took a journalism class taught by Scholar in Residence in Environmental Studies Bill McKibben and Visiting Lecturer in English Sue Halpern. The story, titled "Mr. Field Good," was about Peter Kohn, former longtime Middlebury College equipment and field manager.
