The Atlantic magazine included several mentions of Middlebury in its annual college admissions issue, published in October. The October issue also mentioned Middlebury in an article titled "Good-bye, Cryovac" about Yale's effort to serve only locally grown food in its Berkeley College dining hall. Bill McKibben, scholar in residence in environmental studies, was quoted about the organic garden at Middlebury.
