There were several paragraphs that mentioned Middlebury's Arabic School and Arabic program in an article that ran in the Mar. 14 edition of USA Today. In the Feb. 17 edition of USA Today, an article about USA Today's 2005 All-USA College Academic Team states that Dena Simmons '05 has been named to the third team. There are three teams as well as honorable mentions. Dena is described as the co-founder of MIX, a cultural outreach program in Vermont elementary schools, and a Truman Scholar. The article is in the Life section and Dena is mentioned on page 8D.
