The August 2007 issue of Food Management magazine included a mention and photo of Middlebury College and Director of Dining Services Matthew Biette in a brief article titled "A Maverick Move at a Mini-Reunion." The article discussed a gathering of alumni in Seattle during the 2007 NACUFS (The National Association of College & University Food Services) Conference.
