According to a transcript of Clinton's Nov.7 speech in Chicago, this is what he said when he mentioned Middlebury among the other participating schools that were not represented on stage: "...Middlebury College, where I gave the commencement address earlier this year and saw the results of their amazing environmental efforts in a climate that at least right now is very cold.
