Assistant Professor of Economics Caitlin Myers appeared on MSNBC on Nov. 12 to discuss a study she completed last winter term with students on gender discrimination. She was also interviewed by phone for a segment that appeared on WHDH-TV Channel 7 (NBC) in Boston and she is mentioned in an article that appeared on Slate.com (which was also a "Featured Story" on Yahoo.com). On Sept. 13, an Associated Press article titled "Middlebury retracts logo" appeared in the online version of Business Week, ABCNews.com, MSNBC and other national media. The article, which includes quotes from Middlebury College student Sarah Franco '08 and Vice President for Communications Michael McKenna, is available online
 
An article titled "Debate on lower drinking age bubbling up" appeared on MSNBC.com on Aug. 14 and included a quote from President Emeritus and College Professor John McCardell. The article is available online.  

On June 15, MSNBC.com posted a web exclusive as an extension of an article on teen drinking that appeared in the June 22 print edition of Newsweek. The web story, which quoted President Emeritus John McCardell, is available online.
