Writer-in-Residence Julia Alvarez was interviewed on National Public Radio's "Morning Edition" on Aug. 6 about her new nonfiction book "Once Upon a Quinceanera: Coming of Age in the USA."  The interview also ran on the show "On Point," which airs on numerous NPR affiliates across the country.
