Jaye Roseborough is the executive director of the career services office (CSO) at Middlebury College. She joined the staff in 2000 and is responsible for the CSO's strategic planning, external relations and counseling.
Roseborough has more than 25 years experience in the career services field. Before coming to Middlebury, she directed a career services programs at Wellesley College. Prior to that she owned and managed her own career consulting firm specializing in career change counseling and consulting with organizations on projects including outplacement, hiring the right employees, management development and career pathing.
After completing her Master's in counseling, Jaye was the Director of the Career Development Center at the University of Hartford from 1976 to 1980. Her first years after graduating with a bachelor's in English and Biology were spent working for the American Red Cross in South Viet Nam and teaching junior high school science in Kentucky.
