Admission to the Bread Loaf School of English is based on college transcripts, two letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, and a writing sample. We do not require the GRE. Because the program is designed to meet individual needs, there is no set of requisites for admission, although an excellent undergraduate record in English and strong recommendations are the surest admission criteria.
We will accept applications for summer 2008 through May 15.
