Re-enrollment Form
All returning students who plan to attend Bread Loaf next summer must submit a re-enrollment form. An early submission will increase your chances of enrollment at your first-choice campus. The Bread Loaf office will mail re-enrollment letters early in December.

Financial Aid Forms
The Bread Loaf office no longer mails financial aid forms. You must download them from the Middlebury College Student Financial Services Web pages.

Evaluation Forms
We ask students at each campus to evaluate their summer at Bread Loaf. If you forgot to do this, now is your chance to let us know what you thought of your academic and non-academic experiences this past summer. Please mail or fax to the Bread Loaf office.
