Renewing an ILL
We recommend patrons use NExpress for loan requests first because:
- It is faster than ILL, most items arrive in three days.
- An available NExpress book will often arrive faster than recalling a Middlebury book.
- All items are shipped via UPS.
- Patrons are allowed two renewals, making it possible to keep books for an entire term. (Videos have a shorter loan period.)
