Some items that cannot ordinarily be obtained are:
Items owned by the Middlebury Library
Articles available in full-text electronic or print form within the Library
Items for Reserve or group use
Entire volumes of recent periodicals
Reference works
Very old, rare, or fragile books
Very new books
Manuscripts.
