Because the titles of compositions of classical music are frequently presented in different languages, it is not possible to rely on the title search. However, title searches can be used when the name of the composer is not known, or if the title is not the name of a form, like concerto or sonata.
For example, if only the title, The Lark Ascending, was known, it could be entered into the search field without the initial article, "the." Clicking on the title button will execute the search.
