The manuscript collection in the Flanders Ballad Collection consists of copybooks, diaries, letters, and miscellaneous sheets donated to or purchased for the Collection between 1930 and 1960. Manuscripts include ballads and songs, fiddle and fife tunes dating from the late 18th century to the early 20th century.  Link to full image, high resolution. In addition, Flanders made typescript copies of other manuscripts and collections of papers that were housed at other locations.
