Other reasons stated in “Student e-mail Policy”
An e-mail account is available to you during your stay at Middlebury College, accessible through the Web at go/webmail. Learn your username and set the password for your e-mail account on the Web at go/password.
If you choose not to use your Middlebury email account, you are required to forward messages to your preferred email account so that you will receive important notices from the College. To forward your Middlebury e-mail to another e-mail address, go to Email Forwarding.
The Libraries send all borrower notices by email. If you have forwarded your messages to your preferred email account then you will receive borrower notices there. In addition, you can have the Library send notices directly to your preferred email address by logging in to My MIDCAT and clicking on "Modify Personal Info".
