New and improved computer and video projection equipment installed in locations across campus

During the past fiscal year, the teaching and learning environments in many buildings across campus have been enhanced with new equipment.  Chellis House, Chateau 107, Freeman International Center Cook 2 and Freeman 2, McCardell Bicentennial Hall 403 and 411, and Hillcrest 103 have been upgraded to include computer and video projection. Computer and video projection also was installed in the nine classrooms in the new Axinn Center.

Permanently installed computer and video projection has recently been installed in Kirk Alumni Center. Using a new control system, we were able to provide multiple location system control to make this heavily scheduled space even more useful to our on-campus and off-campus users.

All of these upgrades were part of an ongoing program to increase the number of "smart" classrooms across campus.
