Periodicals use study in progress
For the foreseeable future, we are asking users not to return printed journal issues, bound volumes and microforms to the shelves after use, but rather to leave them on carts or designated shelves. We are performing a study to determine much use our journals receive. Should we need to reduce expenditures further in the coming years, we may target expensive journals that receive little or no use. Journals that are left out by researchers will be tallied by staff members before being re-shelved. So please, don't be tidy!
