The Oxford Digital Reference Shelf is a collection of dictionaries and encyclopedias published by Oxford University Press. It covers many subjects and is cross-searchable. We subscribe to a number of Oxford titles already. We are considering adding more.

Oxford Islamic Studies Online (trial access until 12/10/08)
Oxford Islamic Studies Online (OISO) offers online access to the history and culture of Islam and provides full-text access to Oxford reference and scholarly works, including The Oxford Encyclopedia of the Modern Islamic World, The Oxford History of Islam, The Oxford Dictionary of Islam, two classic interpretations of the Qur'an, a Concordance of the Qur'an, What Everyone Needs to Know about Islam, and the forthcoming Oxford Encyclopedia of the Islamic World (due to publish in 2008).

Encyclopedia of Geographic Information Science
