Some users have reported that they are unable to connect using the VPN client provided by LIS. Currently, the issue seems to be limited to users with Comcast as their ISP. We will post updates on this page as we get more information. Currently, the only workaround is available for PC (Microsoft Windows) users - they can use the Web-based VPN client: https://webvpn.middlebury.edu

Users with other ISPs are connecting without issues.
