FAMIS Maintenance Management, or FMM, includes management features for corrective and preventive maintenance, creating and tracking Work Orders. FAMIS Space Management, or FSM, provides additional management capabilities regarding space allocation, usage, and funding.
FAMIS uses the same technology as Banner and includes "forms" and "self service" components. Access to FAMIS Forms is limited to Facilities Services and a few other users across campus. FAMIS Self Service is currently not implemented.

NOTE: If you are accessing FAMIS from anywhere other than ON CAMPUS, you MUST use a VPN client (Virtual Private Network) to create a secure connection. If you do not have a VPN client on your computer, contact the Helpdesk at x2200.
