Page Status Definitions
There are different types of Page Status in which content can exist in the CMS.
Content with a Page Status of Live or Publishedis representative of what a Visitor browsing to that posting would see.
Content with a Page Status of Saved or Submitted is representative of content that is currently being edited, and has not yet been Approved. This content is viewable only to the sub-site's Content Providers in Edit Mode.
To begin editing content
- Browse to the page containing the content to be edited

Log On
- Click Edit in the Edit Console
After clicking Edit, the page's contents will be editable and any changes made will not be shown on the Publishedor LiveSite until Approved.
You can switch from Edit Mode to Live Site in the Edit Console to verify which version of the content is LiveorPublished.
