Introduction
The Production Manager's purpose is to aid in authoring by displaying a list of all of the pages on which you are currently working (pages you have saved but haven't yet submitted for approval).The Production Manager can be seen by all Content Providers (CPs), whereas Approval Assistant can only be seen by CP Editors.
Finding the pages you want to edit
Sort by Column

Click the page link to sort by Page name.
To sort the pages by a certain column, click the column name and wait for the page to reload. If you want to reverse this order, click the column name again.
Set Items per Page

Select the number of pages to show at one time.
In the top-right corner of the popup window, you can select how many page names at a time you want to view. Just select a number in the dropdown menu and wait for the page to reload.
Select a Page of Postings

Select the page of postings to view.
At the bottom center of the page, just below the last listing, you will find page numbers through which you can look to find a particular page.
Preview a Posting

The Preview button is to the left of the page name.
In this diagram, we have outlined it in red.
If you would like to preview the page to verify that it is the correct one before you go to it, click on the Preview icon (the magnifying glass symbol, found to the left of the Page text) in the Page column.
Go To a Posting to Begin Editing

The Go To button is to the right of the page name.
In this diagram, we have outlined it in red.
When you are sure you have found the page you want to edit, you can click the Go To button (found in the Go To column) to transfer your browser's view to that page, at which point you can begin editing.
