These buttons are always active. However, if there is nothing in your system's clipboard, pressing these buttons will have no effect. Additionally, if the items in the system clipboard are not suitable for direct insertion into a CMS posting, there will be no effect. For example, if you copy a directory of files on your desktop, you cannot then Paste that directory into a CMS posting. Files such as images and documents also cannot be inserted into a CMS posting using this method. Use the Resource Manager and the Image Manager or Document Manager to handle such files.
