The Headings drop down allows you to style part of your content as a section heading. Select an area of content, click the black, downward arrow to the right of Normal, and then click on a Heading level to apply to the content selection. There are three levels of headings available for the CMS:

This is Heading 2

This is Heading 3

This is Heading 4
