This guide will help you to locate library materials you may need to prepare a vocal recital. This guide is only a beginning. You will also want to consult your teacher, the Music Library staff, and the more general Music Subject Guide available at the Music Library reference desk and on the WWW.
Before you start you will want to be familiar with The New Grove Dictionary of Music, 2nd ed. (Ref. ML100.N48 2001), the section of the library where the complete works of composers are shelved (M3), and to consult with the Music Librarian on your project.
