Finding biographical information can be a challenge. The titles listed above are only a small sample of available resources. Using the scientist's name, do a subject search in MIDCAT for books about that person. Or do a subject search with the subheading Biography under the person's field, for example, Conservationists Biography, Women Environmentalists Biography or Afro-American Scientists Biography. You may have to further finesse your subject search by inserting a place subheading after the person's field, such as Naturalists United States Biography.
