The Middlebury College Library includes a collection of digital scholarly monographs available on-line in full text through netLibrary, an e-company that digitizes current printed books. These e-books are available at any hour to members of the College community via the campus network.

  • Choose one of the " CONNECT TO " options below and search for a book.
  • View a book. You may view a text, table of contents or index for 15 minutes in order to decide if you want to borrow it.
  • Create an account. For your first use you will need to create an account with a username and password.
  • Borrow a book. Our netLibrary license limits use to only one person at a time, and the loan period is 2 hours. E-books are designed for reading online, but you can print one page at a time. When Finished please remember to return the book by clicking on Check In .
