Khaled Sayed has taught Arabic and Spanish at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. Currently he teaches Arabic at the University of Pennsylvania, and he teaches Arabic and Spanish at Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland and at the Community College of Philadelphia (CCP). He taught Spanish at Temple University and at the School District of Philadelphia, Arabic and Spanish at Arcadia University in Philadelphia, and Spanish at the School of Tourism and Hospitality in Egypt. He received his M.A. in Spanish with an emphasis on Latin American literature at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá and his B.A. in Spanish literature from Cairo University.
