The French School offers three academically oriented seminars or workshops that meet periodically in support of various parts of the academic program: Forum de pédagogie concrète (B. Koontz)

In addition, we propose a variety of complementary group activities, to provide students of all levels a chance to take a break from their formal studies while continuing to expand their competence in French and their knowledge of French ways and culture.
The activities listed here will be presented in more detail at a special session on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 5. The Cabaret will be held on August 11, and the French School Choir concert on August 16.There will also be a dramatized reading performance on August 4, as well as theater performances on August 6 and 15 by students in 6612 Le Petit Conservatoire and in the theater workshop.

The French School Choir is open all members of the School who enjoy singing. Conducted by Bonnie Woolley, the choir rehearses a few times a week and gives a final performance (as pictured) in the Recital Hall at the Center for the Arts.
