Cláudia F. Monteiro was born in the state capital of São Paulo. She has a degree in Occupational Therapy from Universidade Federal de São Carlos, SP. An artist of Plastic Arts since 9 years old, she works using artistic therapy as a healing process for patients with physical handicaps or mental illnesses in Uberaba, MG, where she teaches at the Universidade de Uberaba.
