Alicia Lorenzo García
, from Valladolid, Spain, is currently pursuing graduate studies in Hispanic Philology at the Universidad de Valladolid, where she also received her MA in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language. She has taught at several American universities, such as Iowa State University, University of Missouri, Columbia, and Wake Forest University. She worked as the coordinator of the Intermediate Language Program and served as the Director of the Spanish Program in Madrid for the University of Missouri, Columbia. She is currently a Lecturer at Vanderbilt University, where she teaches grammar, writing, and conversation courses.
