Fanny Roncal Ramírez
Fanny Roncal Ramírez,
from Peru, received her licenciatura in Foreign Language Pedagogy from the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, Peru. She has taught English as a foreign language at the Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteamericano in Peru, and Spanish courses at Luther College and the University of Iowa in the United States. She completed a Master’s degree in Spanish Literature at the University of Iowa in 2006, and is currently a doctoral student in the Spanish and Portuguese Department at the same university. Her areas of interest include XIX Century Spanish American Literature, Golden Age Spanish Literature, and Second Language Acquisition with a focus on L2 writing and second culture acquisition.
