If you need to apply for an extension or renewal of a project that has already received IRB approval once, you don’t need to resubmit your entire application.
Axiom Mentor will email you a reminder of the need for an annual review, an annual check-in, or to terminate your protocol. Simply follow the links in the email you receive, or log in to Axiom Mentor and click My Protocols to complete such a review.
