Internships in Latin America are an integral part of the program and are available in many different fields. Previous students have assisted women with legal issues, worked in health care and job training agencies; neighborhood government offices; institutions of economic research, into economic, social, and political issues; and city planning offices. Students dedicate approximately 10-15 hours per week to the internship and analyze their experience in the Latin American professional world as part of their cuaderno.
