Arrangements for accommodations in Madrid are made by students with the aid and the resources of the Housing Coordinator of the School. The School keeps an up-to-date list of homestays and apartments where Middlebury students have lived in previous years and which have been recommended favorably. It is also possible to make a reservation before arrival. For that process, students have to be in very close touch and communication with the housing coordinator. Undergraduate students are not permitted to share housing accommodations with other students from a U.S. university program. This rule is VERY important in order to facilitate adherence to the Language Pledge as well as integration with Spanish nationals.
Prices in the different sites vary according to the types of accommodation and the rate of exchange. Please consult our estimated expenses.
