Arrangements for accommodations are made by students with the aid and the resources of the Housing Coordinator of the School as well as orientation assistants.

The School keeps an up-to-date list of homestays and apartments (and in some cases residence halls) where Middlebury students have lived in previous years and which have been recommended favorably. In many cases it is possible to make a reservation before arrival.

The housing situation that you choose is an integral part of learning the language and culture while you are in Spain.  It is for this reason that undergraduate students are not permitted to share housing accommodations with other English-speakers. This rule is VERY important in order to facilitate adherence to the Language Pledge as well as integration with Spanish nationals.

Prices in the different sites vary according to the types of accommodation and the rate of exchange. Please consult our estimated expenses.

If any student has already arranged his/her own housing, we kindly request that you inform the housing coordinator so that we are aware of your situation.
