Our programs are based on restorative justice principles, which say that crimes are violations of relationships within communities and are often best dealt with at the community level.  We bring together low-level offenders, victims, and community members to decide how to best heal the harm caused by an offense. We also work with other agencies to provide more intensive support and supervision than would otherwise be available to juvenile delinquents and at-risk youth.

Our current programs include: Teen Alcohol Safety Program, Court Diversion, Juvenile Restitution Project, Street-Checkers and Alternatives to Suspension, Juvenile Restorative Panel, Victim Impact classes, life skills group, and supported community service.

We are always looking for volunteers interested in serving on the Review Board.  This entails working with a team to hear cases of offenders and determining appropriate conditions for the offender to carry out. Volunteers would need to make a commitment of two hours per month. We also need volunteers able to commit to six hours per month to help with community work projects.
