ACTR’s mission is to enhance the economic, social, and environmental health of the region by providing public transportation services that are safe, reliable, accessible and affordable for everyone. Our clientele is the general public with a special emphasis on elders, persons with disabilities, low-income families, and other disadvantaged persons. We provide services via regularly scheduled shuttle bus routes connecting Middlebury, Bristol, Vergennes, New Haven, Burlington, East Middlebury, Ripton, and via demand services delivered through a mostly volunteer driver network.
