The Reparative Probation Program is community based.  Offenders meet with a board of community volunteers and victims (when appropriate). Offenders have been through the court process, have been found guilty and are willing to take full responsibility for their crime. The offender and the board negotiate a contract consisting of activities designed to meet the goals of the program, after discussing their behavior and the circumstances surrounding the crime.

We are in need of volunteer board members to hear cases and assist offenders with meeting the goals.  Volunteers are also needed for victim services, and we always need assistance making contacts with other non-profit agencies to coordinate placement of offenders for community work services.
