MVAA is Addison County's largest and busiest pre-hospital care provider. Operating a small fleet of four state of the art ambulances as well as a special rescue vehicle, MVAA provides both emergency and non-emergency care and transportation as well as vehicle exrication services. MVAA received the Vermont Ambulance Service of the Year award in 2007!
We need volunteer medical attendants and drivers. Students interesting in applying should understand the considerable time commitment for training and being on duty. An average of 60 hours a month is the minimum requirement, including various training and business meetings. MVAA maintains a balance of student members that benefits both the squad and the community.
