Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals that meet the financial guidelines, until a permanent healthcare provider can be obtained through government assisted or private insurance programs.
We need office; patient in-take and patient support assistance in clinics; patient outreach; and many opportunities for Spanish translation; other projects as needed The clinic hours in our Middlebury office are Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m.
