Keynote Speaker:

Doug O'Brien, Former CEO Vermont Foodbank

Douglas O’Brien is the Former Chief Executive Officer of the Vermont Foodbank. Prior to joining the Foodbank, he served most recently as Vice President of Federal Policy and Legislative Affairs at America’s Second Harvest and prior to that as Vice President of Public Policy & Research. Prior to his tenure at America’s Second Harvest, Mr. O’Brien served as professional legislative staff on the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee, chaired at that time by Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT). Mr. O’Brien is a former political campaign professional and is a veteran of several national and state office campaigns. Mr. O’Brien lives in Central Vermont with his wife, Renee, and five children.
