Degrees, Specializations & Interests:
Degrees:
Postdoctoral Fellowship, The Jackson Laboratory, 2000-2003 (Mouse Meiotic Genetics)
Ph.D. Cornell University Medical College, 2000 (Cancer Biology)
B.A. Cornell University 1994 (Cell Biology/Genetics)

Specialization: Mammalian Genetics
Current Research:

We are interested in the biology of meiosis, chromosome dynamics and DNA damage repair. We use molecular genetics and functional genomics techniques to physically map genes associated with gametogenesis, to identify and clone candidate genes, and to characterize the function of their protein products.
