Ecology jobs, summer opportunties, and graduate school positions are often posted on the ecolog-l listserv. You can look through a weekly archive of the listserv (or join it yourself) by going to the ecolog-l website (http://listserv.umd.edu/archives/ecolog-l.html). If you're interested in ecology, this is probably your single best resource!!
