The town of Bristol contacted the Department of Geography to provide an analysis of the way schoolbusses in the town of Bristol are routed in order to improve the efficiency of their system. They hoped to reduce the time students spend on the bus in the morning and afternoon, as well as save on fuel costs. Using geocoding and network analysis, a variety of resources for the school to use were developed.
