Local Foods Initiative

This project was a part of the Environmental Studies Senior Seminar (401). In the spring of 2001 they were charged with raising awareness of Middlebury College's commitment to local and organic food. They decided to make a series of map compositions and posters, for which they used the Department of Geography's computing and printing resources. Their work can now be found throughout the dining halls on campus. Below are a few of their creations.
