South Asia Club
The South Asia Club (SAC) is an organization that brings South Asian culture to the Middlebury community. We organize various events such as dinners, music recitals, dance concerts, cultural galas, coffeehouses, trips to the South Asian Clubs of other colleges and universities in Boston and New York, and movie screenings. We also aim to provide a forum for discussion of various issues relating to South Asia. Anyone with even a vague interest in South Asia (the region consisting of Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka) is welcome to join us.
Many of the SAC members are also involved in the Middlebury Cricket Club. To learn more about this extremly popular sport in South Asia and about the college team please visit the club's website.
